Welcome to my Shorts and Experimental Wednesday. The day I do whatever I feel like doing. This time again a short story. an unlikely story maybe for a guy to write but there you go. I am a crazy guy after all writing whatever comes in my mind. And this is no exception. Enjoy my Wednesday madness.
Music box Ballerina.
Light shines into my eyes and slowly I get upright with a smile on my face The Music playing in a gentle rhythm making me want to dance. I can see myself happy in the mirror that I see when I start my pirouette. This moment is the one I want to relive time and time again. Dancing round and round on the music playing.
Though always there comes a time I am being put to sleep. Lying there crying in darkness after the music stopped. Wishing, wanting to dance again hear the music play and see the world around me. But I cannot get up as a shock goes through me and array of light enters my room. The light is bright just like before the music start playing. Tranquillity returns for there is no music but the light is staying from the corner of my eyes.
I cannot remember how long I have been sleeping or locked up in this room with nothing more that a small ray of light shining in. How long as it been since I stretched my legs and heard that music. I have been shook up on times, but never had the pleasure of seeing the light and hear the music. So I cried and cried a lot wishing, wanting to dance again.
Then one day the speck of light grows in a streak. Wider and wider the white light shines. I dry my tears and try to adjust to the light. And as my blurry sight returns to normal a pair of big baby blue eyes stare at me. Eyes I never seen before sparkling like the light has done so many times in my eyes. Music again playing it s gentle rhythm. I can only smile back as more of the face is shown. This little girl is might be my new owner and for her I will dance to the music as I loved doing all that time. Show her how much I enjoy I dance my heart out till the music stops. And now I wait in the light till the music starts playing, so I can see the smile of this little child growing up as I done with her mother.
I love my life as ballerina in my little music box.

So hope you enjoyed the read of maybe an unusual story. It was fun to write for me anyway.
Leave a thought or anything you like.
Best wishes
