Today’s thought may be a bit of a cryptic one, I think.
Our Nature is trying to control it.
We always try to control the uncontrollable whether it is our own or that outside. In the process we made a mess of it and even though now we do take responsibility for our mistakes, we still try to control it to make it better. Have we learned nothing?
Every time I think of the title I do have to smile a little as it somehow also reflects back to me. After all this is what we humans do and love the most. It goes so far that we even try to manipulate and control nature to suit our needs instead of having it suit its own needs. That being if nature has needs.
We are a crazy bunch in that respect, that we even think we can and go through it as far as have it become idiocy itself. It does not end there though as we have proven and will proof in later times again and again.
This may seem a bit harsh to say but this is who I think we have become or are. The reflection is staring right there back at me. I, who has done the same things over and over and even cooperated with it, thought about it and created that same idiocy. I took it as my responsibility to do so and how wrong I was.
Can one look in the world and say we let things to change?
No nothing. Everything we look at is controlled in some form or way. Nature isn’t nature anymore since the day we put a fence around it so it would be kept. But by god if we see to many bugs or animals who could possibly destroy that patch of nature we start controlling its population. In a way we have lost our connection with nature.
It is in our nature as we consider ourselves the smartest ones on this planet. And somehow made ourselves belief we are the people to keep everything in check. As if nature never had a way of doing so?
Funny way of thinking, for some smart ass walking bald monkey, don’t you think? Though some say or have proven our DNA matches a fly even better. Go figure.
But everything we come up with is a form. A piece of paper that needs to fill in and filed, yet all it does is shoving the responsibility onto someone else. That is our way of controlling. Or one way at least.
Yes I have done that and many with me. Create forms, based on thought up protocols, so we could point guilty fingers at someone else.
Protocols the best way to show we need to control everything. And if there isn’t any we make one so that it becomes controllable. I am guilty of these things and I am sure we aren’t done yet.
I agree with those who will come to me and say that we need rules and protocols to work efficiently, though that is just a nice way of saying we need to make MORE money. We need to establish a guideline. All this, is needed In order to keep a constant quality.
But then a fun thing happens. Soon as a protocol isn’t working or the control is lost. We kind of see this happening in Europe with the constant stream of refugees. And it confuses us, we are in disarray. Because who are we to blame.
Well, nobody apparently, since there wasn’t anyone who came up with a protocol in order to control this kind of thing. Soon enough we will have a thick rapport with a new protocol if this kind of thing may ever occur again. Just so we know what to do in that situation. And it gives us someone to blame if it goes wrong.
Control we build our lives around it.
Everything around us is under our control. Though in that lies also a danger. Because who controls all that information? And who will take responsibility if it does go wrong.
If we look at nature as it is, we see earth somewhat retaliate for what we have done to her. We sued up her resources and she might be saying; it is enough. She might throw an earthquake our way or a big wave to wash the shores clean of high priced housings. But nobody of us is taking responsibility.
True enough it is hard to tell whether or not we are the guilty ones, but it does make you think that we might be forcing our control a little to much onto her.
And if it is not to control her growth it is to control our need for her resources to satisfy our consumerism.
On the flip side of things we are also looking into ways to give up control. Though looking closer to it we will be controlled even more. But that might just be my mind thinking.
Cars driving by itself, it is the new best thing. But who controls the car, who will take responsibility if something does go wrong. Will it be the one who created the streets we drive on, will it be the software creator or maybe it was the map maker who made a mistake.
We are going to rely on others to take control and also take responsibility.
Could it be that is out way of giving away responsibility? DO we hate it that much? To be made accountable for something that we rather give away control to become controlled in some way or form.
For people who are control freaks and we are we sure as hell do not like to take responsibility.
And it shows more and more.
Schools, who take their hands of the issue, whether they could have prevented or had any responsibility when a kid shoots at his class. It was the parent, who in return will say the school should be a safe place. And the bullies were to blame.
And we write new protocols to prevent it from happening again. But nobody dares to take responsibility and look at themselves and try to tackle something at the root instead of writing a protocol with new rules. So we know what to in case of such event and with stricter rules we hope to control it beforehand.
But have we ever thought that being stricter could also have caused this?
I know we need some form of law and rule, but are we not getting to much accustomed is shoving responsibility away. I mean even these days children learn how to do so.
Just take a look on how Facebook and google have made up their terms of use. They can do whatever they want with your information, but under no circumstances are they responsible for what is said or done.
We are control freaks and want to control as much as we can but we do not want the responsibilities that come with it.
Can we say it works for us or is it getting in our way?

A painter should begin every canvas with a wash of black, because all things in nature are dark except where exposed by the light.
There might be more meaning to it than one thinks. For how about; we almost never look at nature and put it into the light. Our perspective is clouded by the fake nature we created, keeping what is real in a distance. Nature’s Breath have you felt it?
It is a thought that can open eyes or make them look angry.
Transcending nature will only get us closer to it.
We try so hard to escape nature’s rules as we know it, we create alternative natures and realities. Why do we hide behind our own set rules.
Now try not to get the title wrong as nature is stronger than we like to admit. But it is about our nature, it is in our nature to try and escape nature as we know it and have succeeded in creating an artificial reality that has become our nature and we do not know any better anymore.
In a world that is based on nature and we who may have lived like animals held these rules high. It is a survival of the fittest the strong warrior who will make sure the tribe thrives. In ancient times they were the foundation and rulers. Next to them a woman who was cunning and smart and held some believes. This is all obviously only true if we used to live like this. But it makes sense.
We have changed those rules and created new ways to build a new system based on wealth instead of strength. Brains over anything else. We have started to believe money builds a society and not so much the people. Creating a pyramid on which the rich stand so money cascades down. But always end at the top.
But what happened to the strong and those with muscle they still are at the foundation but not as they used to be. They provide but not rule.
The strong at the bottom of the pyramid. As they hold t al up. One who crumbles is not much of an issue as weight is distributed I know. But in the end they carry everything. The thing is in nature only the strong survive, but we managed to changed that to who ever holds the most money.
Mind you they can buy anything they want and control our world. They do, because we think they have the brains to do so. And though we might be right in that way even a builder has brans. He is not stupid. He knows full well if he wasn’t there no home would be build that rich man would live in.
So this builder becomes a corner stone of our society, not the rich man who gives away to charity. If we throw things topsy-turvy we can’t balance that same pyramid on this one rich dude. Unless he buy more help and asks a builders for some extra pillars.
So in a world where it is; only the strong surviving or battle of the fittest. We created the rich rule. They are most likely the ones hiding in a bunker when a zombie war breaks out or the world is covered in some toxic cloud. Fly their jet to let us say Greenland or another island. They can, they have the means and money. But the builder will smash his hammer down and survive. He is there to rebuild the world only to be overpowered with the one who has a jet.
Status is everything these days. We need to have it all, in order to be noticed. We need to go along with everyone else if we like to mean something. Though how much of it is ruled from the top and how much is truly building our world. No need to argue who is paying for all this as money is just a creation we created out of thin air
Why do we have this system. We argue that the Caste in India is old fashioned and yet we have a similar system. If our tower collapses or pyramid the one on top falls the furthest yet always on top, killing all below him. The lowest builder. Who will build him a house then.
(To us it has become more of a tower with foundation that is becoming to small to old our economy in place our way of life. According to the set rules.)
It is for this reason we also see real craftsmanship disappear. People who knew a trade or craft are being suffocated by big companies. Losing knowledge of how to make a horse’s shoe by hand. Or how to work wood. It is this kind of thinking we do that the ones with money know best that ruins our world. We to have some blame as we invent to make life easier, yet we know less of how it was done in the first place.
Even a mum today and I mean the young mums might not even know how to heat a bottle without a microwave, if they were never told. To be honest, I did not think anymore. Microwave 60 seconds perfect. Tried ones to check heat and know for the rest of the time. No more thinking just do.
So what is left of the nature’s way. How much have we left behind of our animal instincts and rely on creations to do our bidding. Not saying we should go back to being savages, but at least we should not forget where we came from and who we are.
Transcending nature we will never be able to do, no mater how far we are trying to run away right now. One day if the theory of evolving is true we will only come closer to nature. and maybe not as violent like we were in our caves, but still closer.
Guess the strong will one day tell us while the rich fly in their space ships, we continue to evolve and grow.
If one would ask me what a future may look like and who will have the plans for it. It would be the ones who dare to change and not have profit in mind. And create enough for everybody. Though I am sure there will always be those cunning money makers who will buy and use their rules to make it very hard for that to happen.
It is our creation, an unfair world based on rules that are not natures own but man made.
But this may just be a madman’s rant.
