Monday Moaning: Good without Bad!
Would it be possible? It is all about perspective.
The title is referring to something I had once heard and stayed locked up in my head as it is a reoccurring thing within the questions we ask life. Things like this are asked by the philosophers among us. I might even go as far that everyone at least once in their life will have asked; what the reason of life would be. Whether we know or think we know, there is a good change the answer is completely off.
Still t is questions like these that help us through life with every little step we take in every possible direction we think is the right way. Keeping in mind that we move forward at all times or take a detour crossing the same intersection but in a different way. This at the same time is one of possible answer on life. If one would believe we have the ability to choose freely. Left, right or straight ahead. At the same time whatever we choose the set destination is the same for everyone. Pick a side create your own answer when figuring out what life entails or is made off.
Are we a planted seed to grow into as strong tree with arms reaching out across the community before we become disposable wood after all we done, spreading seeds and knowledge, being a home or support. These philosophers all have a view while no one knows if they are right.
Now to return to the questions that I am thinking of today. After some weeks of moaning politics and God knows what, it might be time to have your brain do some work. Hat be if one is willing to even read this and take some time.
First off the thing I heard and had me write this post. It will also be the thought of the day.
“It is hard to stay honest in a corrupted world.”
Just this small sentence can be interpreted I many different ways and for real I might only come up with half. If that was the intention of this post. But truth is I want others to think about it.
The sentence does not state it is impossible to be honest, but with so many tainted people it might be hard. And that brings me to one of the questions that we do ask ourselves on times and never have a right answer to. The thought is to eliminate parts of life and try to see if we need the opposite.
And simple example would be and at the same time is the most asked question, whether we need good if bad did not exist.
However we may look at these two word we can either think in words or actions. The philosopher could have numerous ideas and thoughts running through its head and never come to a final conclusion.
We do have many words for good or for the bad so just taking away a single word would not necessarily mean that we do not need its opposite. But this is just in a world of grammar and language. Bad can also be evil and if one would write; some good have a bad outcome. Our heads start to spin realign itself and move on as if it is normal to state these things. The numerous words we have come up with though, must have a single word it was derived of. And soon as we come to that part and assumes it was the simple ‘good’ and ‘bad’ than all of sudden the entire question and answer changes.
It is here that a philosopher comes to the part where one asks what happened for us to come to this.
By natures laws there is no bad and that is said in our very own understanding of good or bad. Though now comes the fun part of the though, if there is no bad would there ever have been a good?
Due to our knowledge we ourselves have created we can ask these things as if something is good or bad. Nature just was and still is; neither good nor bad.
Still if nature once was without any bad (lets us assume this for now) than it means we have created it from the start.
Does this mean we created bad and evil all the way up until this present day?
Looking beyond the scope of things we would now be able to argue it was or may have been created out of self-preservation. Like eating a BAD plant because it would kill you. And would this mean bad things came to be just to stay alive and survive.
Over time we have adapted to it and changed things around without giving any more thoughts to it. Bad is not used to survive but to eradicate and/or enrich life. Which can be seen as us being corrupted by what we created.
More over if we read the thought again it makes sense.
That is not all.
I am taking it a step or two further. And here is where your thoughts and brain comes in.
Now start thinking of the following; What if there was no bad? Would we need good or its equivalents in this world? Does this mean we would not have to distinguish our actions as we have taught ourselves over so many years?
This kind of questions run through my head as I try to be honest with myself and everything around me while fighting against what looks to be a corrupted world that exists to enrich themselves and feed of the weak.
Would there have been guns if we never thought up the idea of something being bad?
It might just all be calculated within the evolving nature of our species but would it not be possible to undo what we created in the first place.
Would there be a need for truth if we never lied? Would we have to be honest if there was no corruption to begin with?
If the idea of something bad is created by us we surely would be able to at least change its behaviour and our reasoning so that we need not have to distinguish right from wrong.
Overflowing with thoughts, I do keep trying to stay on course and n occasions like this writing come to a conclusion I too am corrupted by the thoughts there is evil and bad things in this world.
Best Wishes
