There is no hiding it, the Crow is tired. In the past two days and having some more days to go I have asked to much of my body. Muscles ,tendons have been overexerted and I am paying the price in the little aches and pains.
With two more days ahead of me and today being a resting day, it will be a little short of hell. Surprising myself of even finishing the first two days.
It was a spur of the moment idea of this weeks sports event, and thinking to little of it, maybe not pay much of attention to the overall plan and saying yes. It was promised last year and totally forgotten by me. This is on me than that I pretty much only had a week to get ready. And not chickening out I went along.
More miles are waiting on a bike, on foot, through small rivers in a canoe and climbing rock. Please rest assured that after a few days I will be back. For now I will focus on the trial and see how far I can take it.
I am not all to happy I feel I need to change my blogging pattern. But I know I need that time to rest and heal my body. Not to mention keep my mental focus on the stage ahead. I have to listen carefully to my body and give in to its demands. I am sure to reach the finish line with that little knowledge I accumulated years ago when doing sports, it has helped me before on the other stupid occasions.
So for those who like reading Kingdom of Crestoria, Ben-to, I am sorry. I will be back next week refreshed and less tired.
Best of wishes
Ps. It proofs that we need to pay more attention and listen carefully before answering. And I like the hotel bed, … ALOT right now.
