I am not a true artist. To tango and sketch with paper and pencil I gave form to a dream that kept showing itself inside my head. There is no model except the one inside my head so bound to be mistakes here and there. My Love for art and women with a slight darkness of the soul is what came together. Again I am not much of an artist but what is shown comes from within.

Binding Roses!
Bound by thorns
and silk white roses
every move
and breath
biting lustful
in soft marble skin
A muse on a pedestal
blindfolded Venus
in trust of
the sculptor
your Master
Setting ablaze
roaring fires
from the soul within
anticipation rises
the heartbeat faster.
–=={@}==–
Stepping the distance
to reveal your beauty
eyes stare
at perfection
unfolded tears
silver of moon glistens.
Covered in red
the roses became
from the love
that runs
through my veins.
You are today
My Goddess
I worship in Awe.

It is but half of what is evolving inside my head, while knots and weaves keep being added. And it will never be as with a life model because that will always become a flight to reach even greater heights. When two breaths intertwine and hearts connect with in a single beat.

Very nice job both artistically and poetically! Also a perfect follow-up
Thank you. I can only sketch a little but it is fun.
Does it show the intentions of the roses? or is it still to unsure :d
I think the intention of the rose is sort of a combination of beauty, adoration, bondage and sensual pain. Do I have this correct?
It is. As a thorn will not penetrate the skin easy unless with a breath or move. Adoration of beauty bound by blood soaked roses.
Though one may desire pain or lust of flesh. Doing the opposite may just be to get an even better result.
Reblogged this on Mr. Modigliani's Private Studio and commented:
Ranting Crow has written a follow-up piece, that features both his artwork and poetry, as a follow-up to yesterday’s slave auction. He says he is not an artist, but I think his poetic and artistic soul (and his love for women) is quite evident
Beautiful; the words, the illustration, but especially the idea!
I can understand how it is growing in your head, weaving around her body. And I am wondering what it would feel like.

Thank you for the lovely words.
In some moments painful while exhilarating. Placed with care it will be thrilling. The idea goes as far as a harness/corset/dress. Combining rope and roses. It is exciting.
