  1. You’ll know when it’s “too much”, it’s an uncomfortable feeling, a nagging, something in your subconcious whispering “tht’s enough” …:-)

    • It starts with listening to your own body instead of the people around you. In lots of cases. Or so I think is one aspect of it.

      I hear you and many others of that I am sure.
