One Lovely Blog Award.
Okay so it is not the ‘Lovely Crow Award’. But it could have been.
I have been nominated for this award by the lovely creative writer of songs and poetry and author of the book ‘Confessions of a Reformed Southern Belle’. You may find this lady, Tosha Michelle at her blog ‘Everything I Never Told You‘. So please giver her a visit.
Thank for the nomination Dearest Lady.
I have been given this award for being a Crow and also due to the fact that I rant. How perfectly fitting right?
Now onwards with the rules, I always tent to throw into the bin as I am a free bird flying my own course. And to whomever read this, you are nominated.
Now one rules states I have to tell you 7 facts about me you don’t know. So read on if one wants to find out what I hide underneath these dark feathers and behind the dark beady eyes.
1.) I am a coffee addict, drinking a pot a day. Preferably black the same as when I drink tea. I am one for pure taste. I am so addicted I can’t even sleep without it. If adding anything it is one lump of sugar and still nothing in the tea. I get a chill when I see people add soy milk. Yup, no fan of starbucks. Fruity tea you can also keep away from me. Yeah, black just like me feathers and hot.
2.) I only started writing in my 30’s. Still not sure how to write as I just do. Guess somehow it is working to empty this hurricane brain of mine. And let of some steam.
3.) Only recently Started learning 4 player Mahjong. Which has turned out very hard for this old brain to grasp. There are many things to keep in mind but enjoying the challenge.
4.) This crow is a night owl and works best at night. Go figure that every post is done in the afternoon. How much better would they have been if done at night? Most nights are spend playing Xbox or watching Anime. Yeah I do miss the female touch.
5.) Throughout my life I have been in a police car once, but not for being arrested. And only once drove in an ambulance. Both times on the back seat and on my way to the hospital. One dog bite and a broken collar bone. Both times happened while riding on two wheels. Mum got angry at the fact that I was being late for dinner for which I was just about to get the veggies. All that was left was a cold pork chop.
6.) The word ‘Promise’ means more to me than you might think. It is something to ALWAYS keep or get on my bad side.
7.) My bad side is a bad side. It is one that will go to far to calm itself down. It is a good thing I do have a long fuse. As it will go as far as to choke to near death, and yes it has happened.
Well so much for the facts about the Crow. True enough I have not always been a nice person. And learned life lessons the hard way. The straight path ahead is full of potholes and will have one easy divert to the easy smooth looking life.
Not going to ask again if one has question to write them down for a future ‘Interview the Crow’ post.
