Sensual Sunday: Pinocchio! String 3
The week was hectic and full of fun when all the kids and their parents came to Gepetto’s shop. They all came to see if the stories were true about the talking marionette who moved without strings. Children smile and dance with Pinocchio who is got the time of his young life. And the adults just look with amazement and clap to spur the dancers on. Whispers about where he came from or how this could happen are set aside every night as more people start to hear the story about the wooden marionette who wanted to be a real boy.
Exhausted Gepetto fell asleep every night after he tugged in Pinocchio in his newly carved bed.
“Tomorrow is your big day on becoming a real boy and new day a man. I am sure you will make me proud Pinocchio”
-“I will father, just you see…” Gepetto blows out the candle and walks out of the small room, just before he left the door ajar he smiled one more time. “You will help me right Giminy, I am so excited.”
“Sure Pinocchio, I will keep you out of trouble.” Giminy keeps the secret talk he had with the fairy, who told him he would find riches if he does help Pinocchio on his journey. The little boy in the making is so innocent in his mind he does not recognize dangers. It was not his idea to join this adventure and that little resentment s reading from his brows.

The next morning Pinocchio is set out on his way. Books strapped and swung back and forth beside him. Giminy sits on his shoulder. “I am so happy Giminy…. Look how tasty the candy looks” Pinocchio plants hi face against the glass of the candy shop.
Giminy gets into gear and talks into the small ear. “Listen Pinocchio didn’t Gepetto tell you to go straight to school and stop at nothing. Not talk to strangers.”
-“Sorry Giminy, you are right…”
A little ahead two pair of eyes are prying at the marionette.Faces hidden behind two decorative fans they whisper about the stories that have been going around about a wooden doll wanting to become a real boy.
Pinocchio has set out to go on to school but a block away he is stopped in his tracks by tow pair of legs that stand in front of him. A quick look down and he can see high heels wrapped around small feet. The slender legs complimented with white stockings. One plaid skirt and one with lots of fringe and lace.
A little shocked he steps back as two faces lower themselves to have a closer look. “Are you Pinocchio the one who wants to be a real boy? I am Baby Doll and this here is Gracie Lou she was o her way to school as well.”
Pinocchio looks at the two women in front of him. Gracie with her twin tails one of which is being played with by her fingers, blowing bubble-gum between red painted lips. “Are you a doll to like me? Your face is all painted as well. And you have a red nose”
Giminy pulls with all his might on Pinocchio, he remembers those two and senses trouble. “Lets go Pinocchio we made a promise to Gepetto to go straight to school.”
