This picture has always been something I wanted to do a piece on. And today I finally did. Hope you enjoy this small piece of poetry.

Writer’s ballerina.
Free
On virgin sheets
she dances
Thrived by music
she stains
the sheer paper
Toes dipped
in blue ink
she moves
light like feather
Elegantly
Scribbled words
she floats
Sounds of dreams
she strokes
the smooth surface
Imagination
coming to life
by a trusty partner
My ballerina
Limitless
Continuing flow
She dances
By her masters soul
she glides
without fail
Surrendering
to every nudge
she becomes
A writer’s pen and ink.

Hmmmm I might. Freshly pressed doesn’t recognize enough poetry IMO.
Just the occasional poet here. And there is to little for sure.
I will never get on there with my Heated Sundays LOL I do not even show in searches I think.
I’ve never been but I don’t expect to be. They press lots of different things but if I create a HASTY PRESSED badge it will be for only poetry 🙂
