Life’s Lesson!
Not an eraser in here
will be good enough
to erase my past
No pencil found
is sharp enough to
draw me a picture
Not a pen leaking
will have enough ink
to write my future
No felt pen showing
In all different shades
can colour my grey
Not a highlighter shining
in his fluorescent yellow
can brighten my day
No compass standing
the two legged freak
can get me full circle
Not a sharpener glooming
with cone shaped eye
to sharpen my senses
No this case lying here
Just the reminder on desk
I spendin’ my day at school
As time is ticking away
stepping into future
I live my life learning
Trying to become
the best I can be.
