I guess it depends on the publisher; because some of them are publishing utter rubbish that shouldn’t even be referred to as books! But they do it because they know certain ‘names’ will make them money
That is like bookies gambling and cheating and making money the wrong way.
But true some books are rubbish. wonder what mine would be like
